They just don't come much better then this carbine. The stock has a few minor gun show nicks but is absolutely beautiful with two great cartouche's. It also retains it's inspector initials on the comb of the butt stock.The frame exhibits 98% vivid case colors. While the rest of the gun retains 95%+ of it's bright factory blue. The bore is mint as you would expect. I don't recollect ever seeing one of these Civil War Smith's with this much color. A impossible carbine to upgrade.
